How long does it take to ship???
If the standard option of UPS Ground is chosen, the actual ship time will generally be between 2-5 business days depending on where the shipping address is. Additionally, if the order is processed towards the end of the week, the weekend may add a couple days to the actual delivery date to the estimated ship time. Also, depending on when the order is received (weekend vs. weekday) could also affect the time the order is processed. We always promise to process and ship your order as fast as possible, but you need to allow for unexpected shipping delays due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. This is why we ask for you to allow 7-10 days for delivery of your order even though it will probably be completed within 2-5 days. There are also priority delivery options (for additional fees) available when ordering.
Please allow sufficient time to allow for volume delays (both processing as well as shipping delays) if placing an order for the Christmas holidays.
